Jami,

I asked Marisa for your email address as I wanted to let you know what wonderful service she has provided in my Disney cruise trip planning. 

I don't typically work with travel agents, as you can do so much for yourself online these days.  However, I did reach out for help when looking for info on a Mexican Riviera Disney cruise, as a cruise just seemed just a little more complicated to plan and purchase.  I sent out a couple of email requests to different travel agencies and Marisa was not only the first to respond, but she was also the friendliest.  Right away, she made me feel like she really cared about my vacation plans and was there to help me get the most out of my cruise.  Without knowing anything about your travel company, I trusted that CruisingCo was reputable by the excellent customer service that Marisa provided.

When surfing the Internet a couple of months later, I came across a really great Mediterranean cruise deal.  I thought it was a crazy idea to do something this big last minute, but I went ahead and shot Marisa an email... and she responded back instantly confirming prices on the cruise.  She responded back like a friend who was sincerely excited about the trip and was there to help me make it happen.  She never pressured me to buy anything, but rather just seemed to share my enthusiasm.  Marisa helped me keep my reservations on hold while I convinced my husband to go.  Then when I finally decided to make the purchase, there was a computer glitch and the reservation system didn't seem to be working.  Marisa went as far as calling me on Sunday evening (which was Sunday night her time) to make sure that everything went through and I could purchase the cruise at the price originally quoted.  I was so impressed and grateful for her customer service!

Every time I have a question, I just email it on over and Marisa gets right back to me.  Her personal touch and genuine interest in my vacation really shine through... she even sent my boys some "Year of a Million Dreams" Mickey ears.  Such a thoughtful touch!

I work in marketing for HP services and know how critical customer service is in attaining and keeping customers.  I can only imagine how difficult this challenge is in the travel industry with so many options for self-service on the Internet.   Marisa really stands out among other travel agents in this online world of travel planning.  She is responsive, reliable, friendly and shows a genuine interest in the trips she helps to plan -- in short, she provides exemplary customer service!!
